We finally have the whole set of these "Scripture Power Stories" as Tate calls them. Every morning Tate makes me read to him from these books.
He just loves them so much. I love them too, it makes teaching the gospel to him so much easier. The wording is so simple to understand and the illustrations are just beautiful! I ordered them from Amazon.com.

Savannah loves for me to read scriptures to her too. I just read her the illustrated Book of Mormon that the church has. Her favorite story is Nephi getting the brass plates. Whenever I tell her that it's time to read scriptures, she says, "The Prophet says to read the golden plates." Meaning, I want you to read me the story of Nephi getting the golden plates. I think that I've read her that story about 50 times.
