Singing around the piano with my boys! (Today it was just Tate and I but yesterday I was able to convince Bryan to join in with us and that was just awesome). I can't tell you enough how grateful I am to have a piano. To me it is the difference between having a house and a home. Growing up-singing around the piano as a family was something that we did almost daily, and now it is one of my favorite memories. I want to continue this tradition with my own family. Day 138-Happiness Is...
Singing around the piano with my boys! (Today it was just Tate and I but yesterday I was able to convince Bryan to join in with us and that was just awesome). I can't tell you enough how grateful I am to have a piano. To me it is the difference between having a house and a home. Growing up-singing around the piano as a family was something that we did almost daily, and now it is one of my favorite memories. I want to continue this tradition with my own family.

I was never lucky enough to have that kind of family. We did other things tho. Devin's family sang around the piano too. It is something that I wanted to start...but never really got into it. I think I got scared that if a ward ever knew I iplayed, I would get stuck in that kind of calling forever. Now I am not so scared, so thankyou for the inspiration!
ReplyDeleteOH dang! I couldn't imagine my life with out my piano in it either :( My mommy said i get to take mine with me when im married and move out :) ha-ha! That's a tender story too :)
