Wasn't conference absolutely awesome? It was a little crazy at our house, but Tate actually did stay in the room for eight hours of it! Out of the eight hours, the only time that Tate really focused on the T.V. was when the Mormon Tabernacle Choir sang "I am a Child of God". His eyes were literally stuck on the screen throughout the entire song. The rest of the time, he was jumping on the couches, doing somersaults, playing with toys, eating LOTS OF SNACKS and crying for Mommy and Daddy to "GET UP".
I enjoyed all the talks, but I'd have to say that my favorites were the one's with very basic principles like Richard G. Scott's on prayer, and James E. Fausts, Russell M. Nielson's and Dieter F. Uchtdorf's on repentance and forgiveness.
It's always great to watch conference and get spiritually rejuvenated. I somehow always feel like a better person!
